These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cv6y ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "user"). By using the cv6y website, mobile version, or any related services, you agree to be governed by these Terms.

cv6y is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and related services. The platform ensures a secure experience for users through SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using cv6y. In the event of changes to the Terms, we will provide appropriate notice and indicate the updated date.

To open an account and use services at cv6y, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Registration or use of services by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.

• Identity Verification (KYC): cv6y may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Using, renting, or transferring your account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the cv6y support team immediately.

cv6y supports the most widely used mobile banking and payment methods in Bangladesh. The deposit and withdrawal guidelines are provided below:

For deposits, the transaction limits and fees of the relevant payment method may apply. cv6y does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, the payment provider may deduct its own charges in certain circumstances.

For withdrawals, account verification is mandatory. Withdrawals are generally processed through the same payment method used for the deposit. If a different method is needed for withdrawal, please notify the support team.

Funds deposited under any bonus or promotional offer must meet the associated wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 4).

cv6y offers bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing users from time to time. Each offer has its own applicable terms.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.

If you wish to play with only your deposited funds without claiming a bonus, please notify the support team before claiming the bonus. Once a bonus has been added to the account, cancelling it is possible only in limited circumstances.

cv6y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the offer will be cancelled and the associated account will be reviewed.

cv6y is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Finality of Results: Results are final once a game is completed. Results are not altered except in the case of a technical error.
• Technical Errors: If a game is left incomplete due to a disconnection or software issue, cv6y will restore the balance after verification.
• Betting Limits: The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed in the game interface. These limits cannot be exceeded.
• Game Providers: cv6y works with world-class game providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe.
• Sports Betting: Bets cannot be changed once confirmed. If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded in accordance with cv6y policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv6y platform. Violation of these provisions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual, or creating fake accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Operating an account using another user's identity or a false identity.
• Deceiving others by posing as a cv6y employee or representative.
• Depositing funds using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

If suspicious activity is detected, cv6y reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account during the investigation. In the case of legal violations, the relevant authorities may be notified.

cv6y reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false information.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
• Any activity mentioned under Prohibited Activities (Section 6).
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Users may also contact the support team at any time to request account closure. Upon closure, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance (subject to bonus terms being met).

cv6y provides services on an "as is" basis. cv6y will not be held responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or failure of third-party payment methods.
• Games or bets left incomplete due to issues with the user's device or network.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing login credentials with a third party.

cv6y will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited solely to the amount of the transaction in question.

Protecting users' personal data is one of cv6y's top priorities. We keep your information secure using SSL encryption and advanced data protection measures.

We collect your information solely for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and customer support. Details on sharing information with third parties are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

cv6y will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat. If you receive such a request, notify our support team immediately.
